David White is a highly esteemed financial and real-estate professional with a strong business and leadership background. He is a successful Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of experience. Also, he has worked in Real Estate Development for almost 20 years. In this capacity, he has serviced the healthcare, public and private real estate sectors. His expertise in finance and real-estate has allowed him to garner and manage extensive business ventures. 

Mr. White is a diverse and accomplished entrepreneur. His background includes management, operations, and providing accounting services to corporations, private businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. Mr. White has been an asset to his clients, as he offers a wealth of knowledge that stems from his financial and leadership experiences.

Throughout his tenure, Mr. White has been responsible for leading teams to development of luxury homes, HUD housing, shelter, and facilities to include healthcare and commercial spaces. His wide spectrum of skills has been a “key” component in his ability to help organizations grow revenue and sustain their companies. He served as Chief Financial Officer for West Harlem Group Assistance, Inc. (WHGA). During Mr. White’s time as CFO, WHGA managed and operated a community multi-service center and two emergency housing facilities for homeless families. Additionally, WHGA constructed and managed over 1,600 units of housing, including 2 HUD 202 projects that house senior citizens, with stabilized value more than $300 million. He has experience managing multi-million dollar expense budgets, and he is known for having a strong understanding of compliance for real-estate and accounting. As one who is enthusiastic about building a strong community that has a great appreciation for health and wellness, it was Mr. White’s pleasure as Administrator for the Queens Artificial Kidney Center to provide leadership to teams that developed a $12 million dialysis center in St. Albans, N.Y.

The limitless possibilities of real-estate intrigued Mr. White to form White Development, LLC in 1998. His company develops prime residential housing communities in upscale areas within the northeastern and southern United States. White Development, LLC’s first projects were in North Carolina where they built a 50 single-family home subdivision. Also, the company built additional housing in South Carolina, and Georgia. As the demand continuously grew throughout the regions, White Development, LLC has been a leading company to meet the real-estate needs for these markets. In 2019, Mr. White formed three investment companies with his partners, Carvin Haggins and David Wallace. The companies are Advance Global Solutions, The Haggins Group and THG Real Estate Group B.V.
