Also, he has served on the Business Advisory Board at Claflin University, was President of Orangeburg Independent Businessmen Association, served as a committee member for launching of the YMCA in Orangeburg, SC, and is a former commissioner for Orangeburg Calhoun County Jail. The Professional Insurance Marketing Service of South Carolina and I.J. Davis Monumental Works (a 3rd generation family business inherited by his wife), are successful companies that Mr. Wallace operated over the past 20 years. Advanced Global Solutions is a more recent venture that Mr. Wallace created out of a passion for real estate and the need for affordable energy efficient homes. It is the only company of its kind to have a Miami-Dade building code approval for design, development, and manufacturing of Insulated Panel Systems (IPS). Also, this company has built houses in Nicaragua and the Caribbean Islands. With a great commitment to management and excellence, Advance Global Solutions received an official invitation from the Government of Ghana, West Africa. During the visit to West Africa, Mr. Wallace met with the Minister of Housing and Transportation to discuss building houses using Green Housing Technology. At this time, it was another defining moment that inspired Mr. Wallace to utilize his firm to create growth in real-estate, but with sustainability and clean energy at the forefront.
